On 3 November 2016, JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc purchased into Treasury 20,000 ordinary shares at 574.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 2,061,674 ordinary shares in Treasury.  The remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 54,703,979.
