In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Board of JPMorgan Russian Securities plc announces that Robert Jeens will be appointed as a non-executive director of Henderson European Focus Trust plc with effect from 9^th December 2019. It is expected that Robert Jeens will become the Chairman of the Board of Henderson European Focus Trust plc following the retirement of the current Chairman at its Annual General Meeting on 31^st January 2020.
