NOTIFICATION OF BOARD CHANGES

The Board of JPMorgan Russian Securities plc (the Company) announces that in accordance with its Board Succession Plan, two directors of the Company have retired and two new non-executive directors have been appointed, as detailed below:

On 31^st October 2019, Mr Alexander Easton and Mr George Nianias retired as non-executive directors of the Company. The Board thanked them for their contribution to the Company during their tenures since 2010 and 2008 respectively, and wished them all the best for the future.

On 1^st November 2019, Mr Ashley Dunster and Mr Nicholas Pink were appointed as non-executive directors of the Company.

Mr Ashley Dunster has extensive investment management experience of funds investing in Russian companies and was Chief Investment Officer of Capital Group' s Private equity business until the end of 2018 when he retired after 21 years service. During that time his roles included involvement in six global emerging markets funds that invested approximately $6billion. 

Mr Nicholas Pink has extensive senior management experience in financial services with previous roles at UBS Investment Bank including Global Head of Research, Head of European Research, Head of Asia Research and Head of European Equities.

For both new directors, no further information is to be disclosed in respect of paragraphs 9.6.13 (2) - (6) of the UKLA Listing Rules.
