The Board of JPMorgan Russian Securities plc announces the resignation of Mr Paul Teleki as a Director of the Company with effect from 10th January 2011.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Teleki for his extensive contribution to the Board during his tenure and wishes him all the best for the future.

Mr Teleki was the Company's Audit Committee Chairman and an announcement confirming his successor will be made in due course.
