JPMORGAN RUSSIAN SECURITIES PLC ("the Company")

DIRECTORATE CHANGE

As referred to in the Chairman's Statement of the Company's 2015 Annual Report & Accounts, Lysander Tennant stood down as non-executive director of the Company at the Company's Annual General Meeting held yesterday.

His fellow directors thanked Mr Tennant for his contribution to the Board during his tenure since 2002 and wished him all the best for the future.
