DISCLOSURE OF HOME MEMBER STATE

Despite no new event or change having occurred in the Company's structure or activities, the Company has been advised that this Announcement is required in order to comply with a recent change in the Transparency Directive which requires the Company to disclosure its Home Member State, as detailed below.  

For the purposes of the Transparency Directive (Directive 2004/109/EC), as amended by the Transparency Directive Amending Directive (Directive 2013/50/EU) and DTR 6.4.2 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, the Home Member State of JP Morgan Russian Securities plc is the United Kingdom.
