The Board of JPMorgan Russian Securities plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 12th March 2019, an ordinary dividend of 6.00 pence per share will be paid on 15th March 2019 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 8th February 2019.  The ex-dividend date is 7th February 2019.
