The Board of JPMorgan Russian Securities plc announces that it has declared an interim dividend of 25.00 pence per share, for the year ending 31^st October 2021, to be paid on 5^th November 2021 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 1^st October 2021. The ex-dividend date is 30^th September 2021. A dividend reinvestment plan is available for shareholders.

The Company receives the large majority of its dividend income well before the end of its financial year ending 31^st October, and hence it considers it appropriate to distribute the greater portion of its net income as an interim dividend.
