Update from the Board of JPMorgan Russian Securities plc 

As at 27^th May 2022, the Company's unaudited total assets, after the application of a fair value, were £17.3m and the breakdown as a percentage was as follows:

Companies listed in Kazakhstan: 0% (no fair valuation applied). These holdings had been fully divested by 27^th May 2022. 

MOEX traded securities 6.0% (fair valuation applied based on 25^th February

2022)

GDRs and ADRs 0.3% (fair valuation applied based on 2^nd March 2022)

Russian securities traded on other international stock exchanges:

0.9% (no fair valuation applied)

Cash and cash equivalents held in US$ money market funds: 92.8% (no fair valuation applied). Includes the proceeds of sale following divestment of companies listed in Kazakhstan as referred to above.

While the Company has applied a fair value against some of the above mentioned investments, there is no certainty that any value will be achievable from them over the short, medium or even long term due to the factors arising following the imposition of additional sanctions against Russia.
