In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 28^th February 2018, the Company's issued share capital consists of 51,796,812 Ordinary 1 pence shares with voting rights.  JPMorgan Russian Securities plc does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 28^th February 2018, the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan Russian Securities plc is 51,796,812.

The above figure (51,796,812) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JPM Russian Securities plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
