In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 30^th July 2021, the Company's issued share capital consists of 41,700,900 Ordinary 1 pence shares with voting rights.  JPMorgan Russian Securities plc does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 30^th July 2021, the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan Russian Securities plc is 41,700,900 .

The above figure (41,700,900 ) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JPMorgan Russian Securities plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
