The Company has today purchased 60,000 ordinary shares for cancellation at 512.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the number of ordinary shares in issue is 50,545,669.

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Any shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at a premium to net asset value.
