JPMorgan Emerging Markets Investment Trust plc (the 'Company')

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 1,220,000 ordinary shares in the Company under its subscription share conversion scheme, to accommodate the ordinary shares that would result from the exercise of rights conferred by the existing subscription shares in the Company. The shares will rank equally with the existing issued shares in the Company.
