CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Emerging Markets Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 2,121 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by an uncertificated Subscription shareholder.

The shares in issue, excluding shares held in Treasury, following this notification are 119,312,132 Ordinary shares and 10,165,271 Subscription shares.
