JPMorgan Emerging Markets Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 6 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by an uncertificated Subscription shareholder.

The shares in issue, excluding shares held in Treasury, following this notification are 121,904,060 Ordinary shares and 10,196,130 Subscription shares.
