CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Emerging Markets Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 2,704 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of certificated Subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 110,662,708 Ordinary shares and 21,700,817
Subscription shares.
