CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Emerging Markets Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 2,799 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of certificated Subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 110,351,883 Ordinary shares and  22,011,642  Subscription shares.
