CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Emerging Markets Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 2,119 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of certificated Subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 110,364,541 Ordinary shares and  21,998,984 Subscription shares.
