CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Emerging Markets Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 104 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a certificated Subscription shareholder.

The shares in issue following this notification are 114,304,931 Ordinary shares and   18,058,594 Subscription shares.
