Result of General Meeting

At a General Meeting ('GM') held earlier today, the resolution set out in the Circular dated 12 May 2009 in relation to the issue of subscription shares, the adoption of new articles of association and the Company's authority to purchase up to 14.99 per cent. of the subscription shares was duly passed without amendment. 

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.2 of the Listing Rules, two copies of the resolution approved at the GM have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be made available for inspection via the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
