In conformity with the Transparency Directive the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 31^st October 2022 the Company's share capital consists of 1,323,635,250 Ordinary 2.5 pence shares. The Company holds 157,848,020 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore as at 31^st October 2022, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in the Company is 1,165,787,230 .

The above figure (1,165,787,230 ) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
