REPURCHASE OF SHARES INTO TREASURY

This announcement replaces RNS 6945V released at 17.01 on the 6th April 2023 which showed the incorrect number of shares purchased. 

 

On 6th April 2023 the Company purchased into Treasury 125,000 Ordinary shares at 107.04 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 164,525,885 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares 1,159,109,365. The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
