JPMORGAN EMERGING MARKETS INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

TREASURY STOCK

On 17 June 2016, JPMorgan Emerging Markets Investment Trust plc purchased into Treasury 228,802 Ordinary shares at 578.14 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 6,188,822 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 126,174,703. The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
