On 10 February 2017, JPMorgan Emerging Markets Investment Trust plc purchased into Treasury 199,068 Ordinary shares at 712.98 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 6,938,292 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 125,425,233. The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
