Further to the announcement made on 22nd July 2002, the Company announces that
the Registrar of Companies has issued the certificate of incorporation on change
of name and therefore the name of the Company has been changed to JPMorgan
Fleming European Fledgeling Investment Trust plc with effect from 22nd July
2002.
