Tender offer for up to 5 per cent. of the shares in issue of the Company (the "Tender Offer")

Further to the Company's previous announcement on 15 May 2013, the Company is pleased to announce that it has today sent a circular to shareholders in the Company ("Shareholders") convening a general meeting to be held on 16 July 2013 to consider the provision of the Tender Offer (the "Circular").

Record date for Tender Offer	close of business on 14th May
Circular despatched to Shareholders	7th June
Latest time and date for receipt of Tender Offer forms and TTE instructions in CREST from Shareholders in respect of the Tender Offer	11.00 am on 16th July
2013 AGM	12 noon on 16th July
General meeting to approve Tender Offer	12:30 on 16th July
Calculation date for the tender price	18th July
Result of Tender Offer and tender price announced	22nd July
Settlement date: cheques despatched and payments through CREST made and CREST accounts settled	26th July
Balancing share certificates despatched	Week commencing 26th July
