INTERIM DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan European Smaller Companies Trust plc announces that an interim dividend of 1.2 pence per share will be paid on 4th January 2017 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 2nd December 2016 (ex-dividend date 1st December 2016).
