In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 29^th April 2022, the Company's issued share capital consists of 158,089,931 Ordinary 5 pence shares with voting rights.  The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 29^th April 2022 , the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc is 158,089,931 .

The above figure ( 158,089,931 ) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
