JPMORGAN EUROPEAN FLEDGELING INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

TREASURY STOCK

JPMorgan European Fledgeling Investment Trust plc purchased into treasury 53,000 ordinary shares at 638.71 pence per share on Friday 4th June 2010.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 47,084,653 including 1,517,914 held in treasury at a weighted average discount of 17.15%.
