The Directors of JPMorgan European Growth & Income plc have declared the following dividend:

A fourth interim dividend of 1.0 pence per ordinary share, for the year ending 31^st March 2023, will be paid on 31^st March 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 24^th February 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 23^rd February 2023.

The Company offers the option for shareholders to invest their dividend in a Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"). For details on the DRIP, please contact the Company's Registrar, Equiniti Limited.
