REPURCHASE OF SHARES INTO TREASURY

This Announcement replaces 1315G announced at 17:08 on 14 July 2023.

The correction is to the pence per share. All other details remain correct.

 

The Company announces that it has today purchased into Treasury 79,500 Ordinary shares at 92.17 pence per share

 

Following the transaction, the Company holds 3,972,089 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 433,014,440 The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to Net Asset Value.
