JPMorgan Global Growth & Income plc (the "Company") has made an application to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 25,000,000 ordinary shares of five pence each ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on its main market, respectively.

The Shares may be issued under the block listing pursuant to the Company's placing programme as set out in the prospectus published on 18 October 2024. The Shares may be issued inter alia to satisfy continuing market demand for the Shares and to manage the premium to net asset value at which the ordinary shares trade. The Company has 6,164,140 shares available, as at 17 December 2024, for issuance under its existing block listing dated 24 May 2024.
