JPMorgan Global Growth & Income Plc (the 'Company') announces that today it has issued a further 100,000 Ordinary Shares for cash at 496.40 pence per share under its Ordinary Share block listing facility dated 26 May 2023.

 

Following this issue, the Company's issued share capital consists of 420,458,169 Ordinary Shares and 539,140 Ordinary Shares remain within its block listing dated 26 May 2023. Furthermore, the Company has a blocklisting for 15,000,000 ordinary shares dated 4 January 2024.

 

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Any shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at a premium to net asset value.
