JPMORGAN OVERSEAS INVESTMENT TRUST plc

 (the "Company")

LOAN FACILITY

The Board announces that it has entered into a three year GBP 25,000,000 Revolving Loan Facility Agreement with National Australia Bank Limited with effect from 10th July 2015.

The Company may employ gearing up to a maximum of 20 per cent of Net Asset Value at the time of borrowing. Gearing will be used to make investments consistent with the Company's investment objective and policy and for working capital purposes.
