The Fleming Overseas Investment Trust plc ('the Company
or FOSIT')
Renewal of shareholder authority to repurchase the
Company's Shares
At the AGM last October, shareholders authorised the
Company to repurchase up to 14.99% of the Company's
issued share capital. Since that time, 13,633,000 shares

repurchase of a further 14.99% of the Company's shares
will be put to shareholders at an Extraordinary General
