TREASURY STOCK

JPMorgan Overseas Investment Trust plc today purchased into Treasury 19,200 ordinary shares at 499.94 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 26,056,148.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
