JPMORGAN FLEMING OVERSEAS INVESTMENT TRUST PLC
REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION IN RELATION TO TENDER OFFER
JPMorgan Fleming Overseas Investment Trust plc announces that today in the
market they purchased for cancellation 32,574,617 ordinary shares at 636.6871
pence per share representing 46.7% of the ordinary shares in issue in accordance
with the terms of the Circular dated 3rd March 2006. The remaining shares in
issue following this repurchase total 37,167,448.
Expected timetable of events:
Cheques despatched and CREST payments made in 7th April 2006 or as soon as
respect of Tender Offer practicable thereafter
Balancing Share certificates despatched and Week commencing 10th April 2006
CREST accounts settled in respect of
Tender Offer
