REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION

JPMorgan Overseas Investment Trust plc has today purchased 20,000 ordinary shares for cancellation at 643.9 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 27,414,948.
