REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION

JPMorgan Overseas Investment Trust plc has today purchased 28,500 ordinary shares for cancellation at 586.74 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 26,986,948.
