JPMORGAN OVERSEAS INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

JPMorgan Overseas Investment Trust plc repurchased 109,800 ordinary shares into Treasury at 1052.8065 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 3,679,102 ordinary shares in Treasury.  The remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 22,869,916.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
