STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT
JPMORGAN FLEMING OVERSEAS INVESTMENT TRUST PLC
REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION
JPMorgan Fleming Overseas Investment Trust plc announces that yesterday in the
market it purchased for cancellation 25,000 ordinary shares at 562p per share,
representing a total of 0.1% of the ordinary shares in issue.
The current repurchase authority for 10,454,335 shares was approved by
shareholders on 30th November 2005 but, following the Tender Offer on 31st March
2006, the Directors have undertaken to limit repurchases to 5,571,400 shares.
To date 840,000 ordinary shares have been repurchased under this authority.
The remaining number of ordinary shares in issue following this repurchase is
36,327,448.
