JPMORGAN OVERSEAS INVESTMENT TRUST PLC
REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION
JPMorgan Overseas Investment Trust plc announces that yesterday in the market it
purchased for cancellation 30,000 ordinary shares at 614.0 pence per share,
representing a total of 0.09% of the ordinary shares in issue.
The current repurchase authority for 5,005,977 shares was approved by
shareholders on 24th November 2006. To date 1,009,000 shares have been
repurchased under this authority.
The remaining ordinary shares in issue following this repurchase totals
32,386,448.
