LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT

JPMORGAN GLOBAL EMERGING MARKETS INCOME TRUST PLC

('the Company')

CHANGE IN FEE STRUCTURE

Following a review of the fee arrangements the Board has agreed with its manager, JPMorgan Funds Limited, to remove the performance fee element from its fee arrangements and to change the basis of the management fee from the end of the Company's current financial year, being 31^st July 2015.

Accordingly, with effect from 1^st August 2015 the Company's fee arrangements will comprise only a management fee, which will be charged at the rate of 1.0% per annum on the Company's total assets less current liabilities. Loans that are drawn down under a loan facility with an original maturity date of one year or more are not classified as current liabilities for the purposes of the management fee calculation.
