Fourth Quarterly Interim Dividend

The Directors have declared that a fourth quarterly interim dividend of 2.2 pence per share for the financial year ended 31st July 2022 will be paid on 21st October 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 16th September 2022 (ex-dividend date 15th September 2022).

The Company offers the option for shareholders to invest their dividend in a Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"), which is managed by the Company's registrar. For details on the DRIP, please contact the Company's Registrar, Equiniti Limited.
