DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan Global Emerging Markets Income Trust plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 21st November 2012, a dividend of 2.15 pence per share will be paid on 28th November 2012 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 2nd November 2012.
