JPMorgan Global Emerging Markets Income Trust plc announces that on 02 December  2014 it issued 275,000 new Ordinary shares for cash at 121.40 pence per share under its Ordinary share block listing facility. 

Following this issue, the Company's issued share capital consists of 289,539,438 Ordinary shares.
