Further to the Resolutions passed at the General Meeting on 20 June 2013 giving the Directors authority, among other things, to disapply pre-emption rights in respect of the allotment of new Ordinary Shares, the Company is pleased to announce the publication today of a Prospectus to obtain Admission to the Official List of any Shares issued pursuant to the authority conferred by the Resolutions.

A copy of the Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http//:www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
