In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 29^th February 2012 the Company's share capital consists of 158,335,853 Ordinary 1 pence shares carrying one vote each.  The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights is 158,335,853.

The above figure (158,335,853) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
