Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 21,001,937 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to the maximum number of ordinary shares that would result from the exercise of rights conferred by the existing subscription shares in the Company. The shares will rank equally with the existing issued shares in the Company.
