CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 2,750 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by four certificated subscription shareholders.

The shares in issue following this notification are 119,954,226 ordinary shares, including 13,249,788 held in Treasury, and 6,059,317 subscription shares.
